What I do
I turn partnerships into pipeline. For nearly five years at Aircall, I built and scaled the channel ecosystem across APAC — recruiting the right partners, building the programs that motivate them, and measuring what actually moves MRR year on year.
APAC isn't the US. The relationships are longer, the trust takes time, and most channel playbooks that work in San Francisco fall apart in Singapore. That's the gap I've built my career in — and where I do my best work.
I specialise in turning partner relationships into measurable revenue: growing partner-sourced pipeline, designing programs that scale, and finding the right partners in the first place.
The journey
I started my career in government and the non-profit sector in Mexico — work that mattered, but moved slowly. When I made the leap into tech, I never looked back. At Aircall I joined as a Business Development Representative and built my way to Senior Partner Manager, learning every layer of the channel motion along the way.

Beyond the work
I lead the Women of APAC ERG at Aircall — because the best teams I've seen are the ones where everyone has a seat at the table. Building community and advocating for representation isn't a side project; it's something I carry into every role I take on.
I came to tech from a non-traditional path, and that outsider perspective has shaped how I build partnerships. I look for the angles others miss, and I build relationships that last beyond a single deal.
